I started out selling products with shea butter for dogs on my website. These products have outstanding healing properties and are just wonderful for our dogs coats. But what I was most excited about was the industry in Africa itself. The Shea Project has been introduced to over 10,000 farming households in the area. The trees have a very heavy yeild. The actual prices for the product is set by the farmers themselves. It has made education,food clothing and nourishment to the families available.
The products containing shea butter are wonderful for dry skin, chapping, dermatitis, sunburn and even rosacea. It has a one year shelf life.
Purchasing products containing nilotica shea butter promotes conservation of the precious woodlands of Africa, and improves the ecological and cultural standards for the people in this region.
